The EWFC are very pleased to announce that John Williams has been appointed Head of Coaching at the EWFC.
John’s wealth of knowledge and experience as not only Head Coach at Rotherham United Football Club for the last 4 years but also the 33 years he spent at Sheffield Wednesday has benefitted the EWFC 0ver 70,s hugely over the last year . Now he will be able to share his vast knowledge and experience across all the other squads , managers and coaches.
2022 will be another great year for the EWFC and we are very pleased , proud and honoured to have John in this new role. It will be a busy year for John who also plays walking football in Yorkshire and recently impressed the Over 60,s Manager Steve Hill who has added him to his squad.
The over 70,s training sessions in 2022 will be taken by Trevor Dale and Dave lander with John remaining as the Manager.

After all Trevor recently picked up the players player of the year award so he already has huge respect from his players and Dave picked up the managers player of the year award”
